Abstract Increasing evidence suggests that action digital game training can improve a variety of perceptual and cognitive abilities, including those that decline most with age. METHOD Participants Three hundred and sixty-five surveys were sent via mail in the Tallahassee, Florida region, and an additional 35 surveys were distributed to a local church group to individuals 55 years of age or older.
